Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy purchases. This cancellation policy explains how to modify or cancel such orders.

Subscriptions
By purchasing a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency you selected.
Your payment details will be securely stored, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to prepay.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel your subscription.
You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to manage your subscription directly.

Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing an item that is currently out of stock or not yet available. We may charge no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and then charge the full or remaining amount at a later date.
You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been processed. If the order has already been processed, cancellation is no longer possible — but you may still request a full or partial refund.

Try Before You Buy
When you order an item as part of a try-before-you-buy offer, we authorize your payment method before shipping. You will have a specific time window to decide whether you wish to keep the item.
If the item is not returned within this timeframe, your payment method will be charged for the full amount.
