Shipping Zones
We currently ship to countries within the European Union. Some products (such as apparel or accessories not subject to certification) may also be shipped internationally. If shipping to your destination is unavailable, you will be informed before your order is confirmed.
Shipping Methods
Products in stock are shipped within 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation and receipt of payment. In accordance with applicable regulations, delivery will occur within 30 days of the order date, unless it is a pre-order.
Climbing harnesses are currently available for pre-order. Shipping will begin in October 2025 (estimated date). This timeframe may evolve. In case of a significant change, the customer will be informed by email.
Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email including a tracking number will be sent to you. You can track your delivery anytime using the link provided in the shipping email or via Shopify.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will be shipped in one package once the pre-order item is ready. If you wish to receive the available products sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the destination country, package weight, and volume.
Free shipping may be offered above a certain order value, depending on current promotional terms (indicated on the site at the time of purchase).
Carriers
Deliveries are handled by trusted carriers (Colissimo, La Poste, DHL, UPS, etc.), selected according to destination, package type, and desired delivery timeframe.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination and chosen carrier.
Delays may occur during busy periods (sales, holidays, etc.) or due to force majeure (strikes, weather conditions, etc.).
Return Due to Absence or Incorrect Address
If the address is incomplete, incorrect, or the delivery fails due to unattended absence, the package may be returned to the sender.
In this case, reshipping fees will be charged to the customer. A new shipment will be processed once these fees are paid.
Delivery Delay
In the event of a significant delivery delay, the seller will inform the customer as soon as possible.
If delivery has not occurred within 30 days of order confirmation (excluding pre-orders), the customer may request cancellation and a full refund, in accordance with Article L216-2 of the French Consumer Code.
